* In the Appointment Booking process, only the following fields will be displayed by default in the User Details step.

– First Name and Last Name

– Email

– Phone Number

– Notes

* If you want to collect additional user details then go to Zovonto Pro -> Modules -> Custom Fields and enable the module.

* Click the “Settings” button to access the settings.

* To add a new custom field, click the “Add Custom Field” Button

* Give a name and select the input field type. Once filled, click the Add Field Button.

* You can further customize this custom field when you toggle the created custom field.
