With the privilege to create multiple services, you can create different types of appointments in a single place.
Multiple Staffs can be assigned for a single service which helps customers to book for the appointment for their desired staff at the specific time.
Depending on the Working Hours and Days Off configured for each Staff, availability of Booking slots will be updated for the respective staff.
Get information of all the users who made an appointment on your site from a single place. Customers dashobard gives the user information as well as the number of appointments booked by the user.
Payments for appointments can be handled without any additional addon. You can receive payments using PayPal, Stripe and also manually.
Admin can view the appointments made on their site in the Calendar View and List view.
Staffs and Customers can get notified through Emails and SMS for Appointment Approval, Cancellation, etc.
Site admin can allow Logged in Users / Guest to make an appointment on the site. Your customers can Signup for an account using the Signup form that comes up with the plugin.
In the frontend dashboard, logged in customers can see the appointments which they have booked. Your customers can also cancel their appointments.
Customizable Booking Form
Frontend booking form can be highly customized. You can set the Form color, edit the form labels and give your Custom CSS.
With WooCommerce module enabled, appointment process will go through Cart, Checkout and payments will be handled completely by WooCommerce.
Customer Defined Duration
With Customer Defined Duration module, you can allow your customers to choose their defined duration for the appointment.
With Persons module, you can allow multiple appointments for a single slot.
In case if you want to give addon services for your customers with/without some extra price, it is possible using Service Extra module.
Time Slots for appointments will be displayed based on Working Hours and Days Off of the specific staff. If you want to update the Working Hours of the staff only for specific dates, then Important Days module will be useful in such scenarios.
To get additional information from the Customer at the time of booking, use Custom Fields module.
If you don’t want to give backend access to your Staffs, but want to allow them to manage their own availability, then using Staff Cabinet module you can display their Dashboard in frontend. You can configure what should to displayed/edited by your staff from frontend.
Using Coupons module, you can give discount coupons for the customers which they can use at the time of their appointment booking.
Pay your staff for their services directly from your site to their PayPal accounts.

2. Install Zovonto Pro using WordPress Dashboard
